Footwear Development-Commercialization Manager (Fluent English) ~ 70 - 100 Mill VND [27380 - Binh Tan, HCM]

• Supervise and manage the entire Dev- Com process from Tech Pack receipt through to initial production.
• Continuously improve performance and efficiency across all stages of the Dev- Com cycle.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Support Asia Material Hub tasks and activities within the company’s Material Supply Chain.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders to support decision- making.
• Lead and manage product development and commercialization according to seasonal timelines and cost/margin objectives.
• Ensure projects meet brand standards and consumer needs, and can be mass- produced on time and within target costs.
• Build, develop, and maintain productive and professional working relationships with supervisors, peers, factories, and business partners.

* Working time: 8:30- 17:30 Mon- Fri

• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Textile Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to effectively respond to Senior Management, HQ and internal teams.
• Strong knowledge of material applications for product use.
• Ability to work independently in a fast- paced, international, and multi- tasking environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Solid understanding of product/footwear constructions.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the footwear industry, with strong focus on Development & Commercialization.
