Fresh Mechanical NPI Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
Involve in the development and qualification of new products or components as part of NPI/NPD team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND
AUTHORITIES

Maintain comprehensive product documentation and test data.
Follow up the development/improvement of power tools from initiation till mass production.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to test and validate products and components.
Interact with suppliers to develop components that meet performance requirements and ensure on- time delivery. Involve yourself in failure analysis activities, collaborate with expert teams, quality, and suppliers for solutions/improvements, and follow up on the implementation.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.

This position will be based in Củ Chi factory, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 10, 11, 12, Hoc Mon, Tan Binh, Thu Duc, Binh Duong, Dong Nai is available.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
Knowledge of GD&T and CAD software (e.g., NX, Catia, AutoCAD). Familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter, Winchill).
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Fresh graduates or 1 year experience in related fields
