The Role
Be a thinker — generate creative, out- of- the- box concepts for AI- powered hardware products. Senior team will select and develop winners. Learn from day one, grow with a brand new team.
What You&039;ll Do
• Experiment: build quick prototypes, test, iterate, improve
• Design thinking: sketch → 3D concepts → prototype ideas
• Ideate creative product concepts, sketches, and brainstorm sessions
• Learn fast: pick up CAD tools, manufacturing methods, AI integration on the job
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineers & AI team
• Grow: from fresher → junior → mid- level within 1–2 years
Who You Are:
• Strong portfolio — projects, capstone, or internship work
• Proactive, improvement- driven, comfortable with trial- and- error
• 0–1 year experience or fresh graduate in Industrial Design
• Smart & fast learner — quick to pick up tools and adapt
• Creative thinker — imaginative but logical design thinking
• Passionate about smart products, AI, and hardware innovation
• Basic CAD knowledge or willing to learn fast
Nice- to- Have:
• Interest in AI/smart home products
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• 3D modeling/rendering experience (KeyShot is a plus)
