Front Office Responsibilities.
Manage daily FO operations, ensuring service quality and smooth guest experience.
Control FO inventory, costs and operational reports
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Lead, train and evaluate FO team members.
Handle guest complaints, special requests and VIP arrangements.
F&B Responsibilities (Beverage- focused)
Collaborate with GM to drive F&B revenue growth; oversee supplier management and ensure consistent drink quality.
Monitor and optimize F&B revenue, cost and profitability.
Develop beverage menus, promotions and pricing aligned with the hotel concept.
Provide basic beverage service training for FO (if required).
People:
Train team members in compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs. Ensure staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment to carry out job duties
Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees
Manage day- to- day staffing needs, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members. Mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to improve team member performance
Ensure your team is properly trained on systems, security, service and quality standards
Financial
Oversee night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports.
Analyze guest insights to propose service improvements.
Check billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and ensure all transactions are handled in a secure manner.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly revenue reports for Rooms & F&B.
Compile statistics for the front office and provide reports relating to the FO Dept.
Develop plans to increase occupancy and ADR through walk- ins and upselling at the front desk. Responsible Business

Experience: At least 1 years of hands- on experience in a similar position.
Personal qualities: Overall and detail oriented
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related majors
Specific skills / abilities: Communication, interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
