- Lead and manage full- cycle development projects, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.- Introduce process improvements, optimize development workflows, and ensure high code quality.- Drive automation initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.- Contribute to architectural planning, scalability, and system performance optimization.- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our service.- Other related tasks

- Implementation of automation processes such as CI;
- Over 7 years of full- stack experience (backend, frontend, DevOps)
- Over 5 years of experience as a tech lead, leading teams of 5 or more people.
- Environment setup and operation using public cloud like AWS;
- English：Read and write
