- Lead and manage full- cycle development projects, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our service.
- Drive automation initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Introduce process improvements, optimize development workflows, and ensure high code quality.
- Contribute to architectural planning, scalability, and system performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Other related tasks
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.

- Implementation of automation processes such as CI
- Over 5 years of experience as a tech lead, leading teams of 5 or more people
- Over 7 years of full- stack experience (backend, frontend, DevOps)
- Environment setup and operation using public cloud like AWS
- English：Read and write
