Fullstack Developer

Contribute to designing microservice architecture, queue systems, caching layers, and system security.
Participate in the development, optimization, and operation of large- scale systems related to real- time data processing, multi- channel communication, intelligent monitoring, and SaaS platforms.
Apply AI in software development to enhance efficiency: support code analysis, automate development workflows, suggest/test logic, etc.
Collaborate with AI, DevOps, and Product teams to deploy new modules.
Develop APIs, backend services, administration systems, and large data flow processing (real- time / batch).
Write technical documentation and support system operation (monitoring & alerting).

Minimum 2 years of experience as a backend or full- stack developer, with at least 2 years of hands- on experience with PHP and Laravel.
Additional experience with at least one other backend language: NodeJS (Express/NestJS) or Python.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross- functional teams (DevOps, AI, Product, etc.).
Proactively propose solutions and optimize system performance.
Possess a product mindset, with a willingness to engage in various technological areas.
Familiarity with Git, GitLab workflow, and branch strategy.
Proven experience working with MySQL (database design, query optimization, indexing).
Ability to self- learn and work independently.
Experience with other database systems, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc., is a plus.
Strong understanding of system structure, service layering, and security principles.
Experience working with RESTful API, WebSocket, Queue systems (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka), Containers (Docker, basic CI/CD pipelines).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with voice/streaming systems.
Previous involvement in AI/TTS pipelines or automation workflows.
Ability to use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to boost productivity and problem- solving.
Understanding of hybrid cloud/on- premise architecture.
