Fullstack Engineer Flutter, Python, LLM, Django, GCP

We are looking for a
Fullstack Software Engineer
with a primary focus on:

Flutter for frontend mobile applications
FastAPI, Firebase and GCP Tools for backend services (built with Python)
Set up and maintenance of DevOps systems (CI/CD, Observability, Alert systems)

The candidate
must be comfortable
working with:

Multi- agentic systems around LLM providers such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity (built with Python)

Examples of projects you could be responsible for:

Decreasing speed- to- output of the video generation pipeline, through use of pay- per- use GPUs
Improving accuracy and reliability of an agentic Math Word Problem Solver
Enabling live- tracking and interpretation of the user’s handwriting on our platform
Extracting data from unstructured data sources like PDFs and images
Ensuring object path synchronization in a video generation pipeline

You would also be expected to tackle common engineering problems such as bug fixes and regular feature upgrades for our frontend and backend.

Technical Skills:
Fast learners with some experience will be prioritised over slow learners with more experience. These are some of the skill sets that we are looking for.

Adheres to strong testing and documentation standards
2- 8 years of experience with observability tools like Datadog, Google Cloud Monitoring etc.
1 year of experience working with agentic LLM pipelines written in Python
2- 8 years of experience with GCP services like Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Google Compute Engine
3- 8 years of experience programming responsive mobile applications with Flutter, Flutter BloC and Firebase.
3- 8 years of experience with Flask/Django/FastAPI backend applications
Experience with the following is preferred:
Set- up and maintenance of DevOps systems (CI/CD, Observability, Alert systems)
Building Langgraph systems
Integration with payment gateways like Airwallex or Stripe
Training and improving the architecture of classical computer vision models and VLMs
Release management on iOS App Store and Google Play Store using fastlane
Experience with React web app development

Years of Experience
We are open to candidates with 2- 8 years of experience building end- to- end products.
We are looking to build a team of engineers with different levels of experience. If you have the technical capabilities and soft skills mentioned, we highly recommend applying for an interview.

Salary

The gross salary for this position is set to be at 25M₫- 110M₫ / month.
Employees are entitled to 14 days annual leave, 6 days sick leave, 6 days hospitalisation leave, 2 days compassionate leave.
Factors such as qualification, skills, experience, etc. might affect the compensation.

Employees can expect bonuses contingent on their excellent performance.
