Fullstack NodeJS

Champion best practices in design patterns, architectural patterns, and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Provide hands- on leadership by actively participating in coding, especially in Node.JS, and setting coding standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Architect and design end- to- end solutions, leveraging your expertise in Node.JS and JavaScript
Mentor and guide engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of architectural strategies.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and propose effective technical solutions.
Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase.
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality, scalability, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
Create architectural diagrams, including UML and C4 diagrams, to communicate and visualize complex technical concepts.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment between architectural vision and implementation.

Good English speaking skills
At least 5 years of experience in Software Engineer
Proficient in JavaScript/ TypeScript; Node.JS; React.JS
Good consulting skill

An agile mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Fast learner excited to develop new skills

Experience debugging and optimizing web applications for speed and scale
