ability to operate effectively whether working autonomously or as part of a collaborative team.
mandarin and english proficiency is an advantage due to communication requirements with regional teams.
strong sense of ownership, analytical thinking, and initiative in tackling technical challenges.
hands- on experience with git or other version control systems.
practical experience working with modern web frameworks such as reactjs or js.
nice to have
experience with flutter mobile development.
experience working in agile/scrum.
