Functional Consultant

Provide post- go- live support to ensure system stability, resolve issues, and optimize configurations.
Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and guide end- users through UAT execution.
Advise on data migration, prepare migration templates, validate migrated data, and support migration execution.
Design, configure, and implement OMS and SFA solutions.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Sales & Distribution, providing deep expertise and standardizing operational processes across SFA, OMS, and DMS systems, including distributor management, pricing, discounts, and promotions.
Prepare training materials and deliver end- user training.
Provide appropriate system solutions, prepare Business Process Blueprints, and document gap analysis.
Provide consulting and lead the implementation of projects related to SFA and OMS solutions.
Develop test scenarios and execute system testing, including new developments.
Perform a detailed analysis of business requirements and identify gaps.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and project team members to drive project success, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
Design Functional Specifications for forms, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows.
Provide expert advice to the Project Manager on project risks (business, technical, operational) and recommend mitigation actions.

2–5 years of experience in full- cycle implementation of enterprise business solutions (ERP, SFA, OMS, DMS or equivalent), including business blueprinting, functional specification (FS/SRS), configuration, testing, UAT, training, data migration, and post go- live support.
Solid understanding of Sales & Distribution processes such as distributor management, pricing, discounts, and promotions.
Strong analytical, problem- solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in documentation and project tools (MS Office, Jira, Confluence, etc.); good command of English (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
