Functional Consultant (D365 FO – English Speakers)

• Configure priority modules: Finance (AP/AR/GL/CM/FA), Sales, Purchasing, Production,
• Gather and analyze requirements; map business processes to D365FO.
Warehouse & Inventory, Master Planning.
• Conduct FIT/GAP and produce Blueprint documents.
• Stay up to date with D365FO features and recommend enhancements.
• Provide post- go- live support and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and UAT with key users.
• Document processes, configurations, and training materials.
• Write Functional Specifications for customizations; collaborate with developers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related.
• 1–3 years as a Functional Consultant/BA on ERP (preferably D365FO/AX 2012); strong
juniors are welcome.
• English is required.
• Strong analytical, problem- solving and communication skills.
• Experience with FIT/GAP, Blueprint, UAT, FS, and end- user training.
• Solid understanding of ERP processes in Finance/SCM/Sales/Procurement/Inventory/Manufacturing (at least one module).
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with LCS, RSAT, Power Platform.
• Exposure to full/mini cycle implementations or upgrades.
• Understanding of D365FO best practices; data migration experience.
