Furniture Planning Supervisor

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Work closely with Factory Managers and related departments (Production, Warehouse, Purchasing) to monitor operations and resolve issues arising during production.
Prepare master and detailed production plans; monitor, update, and report production progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Propose solutions and adjust production plans in response to changes in orders, materials, or capacity.
Participate in continuous improvement of production planning processes to enhance efficiency, reduce inventory, and ensure on- time delivery.
Plan and track raw material availability (wood, hardware, semi- finished products) to ensure on- time production.

Receive production orders; analyze requirements, evaluate priorities, and develop production plans in line with factory capacity.

Proficient in Excel (planning, tracking, and reporting).
Willing to work overtime as required to monitor and report production progress.
Preference given to candidates with knowledge or experience in the wood/furniture export industry.
Dynamic, able to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
Proactive, eager to learn, and highly responsible.
Available to start work before or after the Tet holiday.
English communication skills are an advantage.
