GẤP Minibar Attendant

Responsible for the operational efficiency of all aspects of the minibar in guest rooms and the service delivery of this area within budgeted guidelines. / Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu quả hoạt động của tất cả các khía cạnh của minibar trong phòng khách và về việc cung cấp dịch vụ của minibar theo các quy định đã được đặt ra.
- Works closely with the bar or other outlets to transfer all the near dated items. / Làm việc với quầy bar và những bộ phận khác để thuyên chuyển những sản phẩm gần hết hạn.
- Responsible for the control of near- dated items. / Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát các sản phẩm gần hết hạn sử dụng.
- To provide a courteous and professional service at all time. / Cung cấp dịch vụ lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp mọi lúc.
- Ordering and replenish minibar items after approval from Housekeeping Manager. / Đặt các sản phẩm minibar theo sự phê duyệt của Quản lý Buồng phòng.
- Control the number of items selling every day. / Kiểm soát số lượng sản phẩm được sử dụng hàng ngày.
- Make sure the items sold out are correctly billed. / Đảm bảo các sản phẩm bán ra khớp với hóa đơn
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ được phân công.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the minibar store. / Chịu trách nhiệm về vệ sinh của kho.
- Receive and check quality and quantity of ordered items. / Nhận và kiểm tra chất lượng và số lượng hàng.
- Complete other tasks which assigned by the leader/ Hoàn thành những công việc khác được phân công bởi quản lý.

- Organizational and training abilities/ Có khả năng tổ chức và đào tạo
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/ Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE: YÊU CẦU KINH NGHIỆM/ BẰNG CẤP
- High School or Vocational Certification in Hotel Management or related field/ Bằng THPT hoặc bằng nghề quản lý khách sạn hoặc tương đương
- 3- year experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training/ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí và quy mô khách sạn tương đương
