DEVELOPMENT
- Order sample fabric to mill and checking ready date.
- Updating dispatch details on the website
- Managing Development Due Date
- Order development accessories.
- Working closely with sample room & checking sample status.
- Sending packages to Buyer directly.
PRODUCTION
- Responsible for the management and updating of product costing documents
- Manage time and action calendars
- Create and maintain delivery reports for weekly cross functional production meeting
- Manage product testing results by working with third party quality assurance companies. Work with manufactures and mills to seek immediate resolution in the event of failures and sub- quality results
- Responsible for seasonal mill allocations and capacity planning
- Maintain close working relationships with cross divisional partners in customer, product development, merchandising, technical design and global supplier
- Responsible for management of production cycle
- Provide visibility to buy dates and pre- production lead times
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, finishing and garment construction for knit

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Having working experience with PINK/VICTORIA’S SECRET/CARTER’S/UNIQLO/ WALMART brand is a strong plus
• 0 – 7 years of garment merchandising experiences and in Garment Vendor
• Sample development or bulk production experience are preferable
• Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Working under high pressure and being able to work for overtime
• Diploma or university degree holder in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
**Working Hour:
Mon – Fri: 8:00 – 17:30
Lunch time: 11:30 – 12:30
