General Accountant Supervisor/Lead

What you will do:
Build & Operate the Accounting System
Daily Operations
• Check and classify accounting documents before posting.
• Record and verify accounting transactions (receipts, payments, invoices, accruals, etc.).
• Manage cash flow and bank transactions; prepare bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and update accounting books, general ledger, and supporting schedules.
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Tasks
• Support internal and external audits, provide necessary documents and explanations.
• Assist in preparing annual financial statements.
• Monitor expense allocation, accruals, and prepayments.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts, supplier, and customer balances.
• Process tax declaration (VAT, PIT, CIT) and statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly trial balance and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Financial Management & Cost Control
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Business teams to maintain healthy cash flow and spending efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Summarize and analyze cost, revenue, and profit data.
