General Ledger Accountant

We are seeking a General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and timely financial reporting. You will manage day- to- day accounting operations, perform account reconciliations, and support audits and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing documentation and explanations.
Perform month- end and year- end closing processes.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for balance sheet items.
Act as FI/GL super user: perform UAT, provide first- level support for SAP- related issues.
Support tax compliance, including deferred tax calculation and coordination with the Tax team for CIT.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations.
Manage fixed assets: acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
