Business Strategy & Revenue Growth- Develop and execute a 3–5 year domestic sales strategy.- Set revenue, profit, and performance targets.- Build and expand distribution channels (B2B, retail partners, distributors, e- commerce, marketplaces).- Lead major negotiations and secure key accounts.2. Brand Building & Market Positioning- Define and execute KRIPS’ brand positioning in the domestic market.- Collaborate with Marketing to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.- Ensure brand consistency across all sales and distribution channels.3. Organization & System Development- Build and lead the domestic sales team.- Establish sales processes, pricing policies, and incentive schemes.- Implement forecasting, reporting systems, and performance management frameworks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 7–10+ years of experience in domestic sales/business leadership.- Proven track record of building new business lines or scaling operations.- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands- on execution ability.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team- building skills.- Experience in apparel, fashion, outerwear, or related industries is highly preferred.
