Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Dong Hoa, HCMC (formerly Binh Duong) – near HCMC National University Village
Working Model: Full- time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Reports to: CEO / Board of Directors
JOB PURPOSE
The CMO leads the company’s overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and communication efforts. This role focuses on building market presence, driving lead generation, optimizing digital marketing performance, and aligning marketing initiatives with business and revenue objectives in the Tech/IT/SaaS domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multi- channel marketing efforts, including digital, performance, content, and events.
Align marketing activities with product, sales, and business strategy to support revenue growth.
Strengthen the company’s presence across online channels, partnerships, and industry communities.
Lead market and competitor research to guide strategic decisions and go- to- market planning.
Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy across brand, digital, and growth initiatives.
Develop data- driven marketing models, performance dashboards, and measurable KPIs.
Drive demand generation and ensure consistent lead flow for sales and business units.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and corporate communications.
Lead and develop the marketing organization, ensuring capabilities match business scale.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
Skilled in brand management, corporate communications, and strategic storytelling.
Strong capability in designing and executing data- driven, ROI- focused marketing strategies.
Proficiency with marketing platforms and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Approximately 8–12 years of total experience in marketing or related functions, including at least 3–5 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., GM, Director, Head of Marketing).
Deep understanding of digital channels, performance marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
Proven ability to lead marketing organizations and scale brand, digital, and demand generation performance.
Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to support revenue growth.
