Giám Sát An Toàn EHS / EHS Supervisor

Promote a work culture of compliance with the government laws in term of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), and continuous improvement throughout ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Take charge of 5S, EHS Patrol, and employees’ follow- up for EHS improvements.
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS activities and procedures that ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
Oversee and coach the team to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses in their daily tasks (Zero Harm).
Make environmental and safety reports (internal, and external for the government).
Follow up with the updated environmental assessment, fire safety certificate and other related certificates of the factory.
Follow up the EHS training as required by laws, and carry out the required EHS training for newcomers and the existing employees.
Follow up on the EHS performance indicators and regularly report internal and external reports on time.

English communication skill
Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) / EHS systems will be advantageous.
University/College with Law/Labor Safety, Environmental or similar Majors.
Communication, problem- solving, and data management skills.
7+ years’ relevant experience in manufacturing factories in the EHS position or similar role.
