This position is based in Hanoi and is responsible for developing the warehouse system, managing daily warehouse operation, ensuring accurate inventory, safe working practices and timely support for Production and Purchasing departments.
Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience will be considered with Supervisor level.
Panasonic Appliances Vietnam (PAPVN) is looking for 01 member to join the Warehouse Team.
Main tasks are as follows:
- Maintain safety, 5S and compliance standards. Coordinate with Purchasing, Production and other departments
- Supervise receiving, storage, supply activities. Monitor warehouse KPIs and lead continuous improvement
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensure task execution meets standards
- Apply engineering and technical knowledge to improve material flow, layout optimization and equipment utilization
- Deeply understand and smartly utilize SAP functions for material tracking, stock transfer and process optimization
- Work on other tasks as assigned
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates (SAP, WMS, RFID)
