Giám sát tầng/ Floor Supervisor

Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the appropriate departments.
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services professionally and promptly.
Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
Supervise and inspect public areas such as hallways, elevators, public restrooms, and staff areas.
Ensure all guest supplies, linens, and room amenities are adequately stocked and meet quality standards.
Manage and monitor housekeeping inventories such as chemicals, linens, amenities, and uniforms.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or Management.
Inspect guest rooms before arrival and after departure to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Assign daily duties to housekeeping attendants and follow up on the completion of tasks.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.

Attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
High school diploma or higher; hospitality or housekeeping- related education is a plus.
Basic English skills (additional language skills are an advantage).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
