Giám sát thi công nội thất/ Interior Construction Supervisor

Job description

Ensure project schedule always being on time.
Supervise finishing and interior construction on the site.
Other tasks will be assigned by managers.
Control quality of the project.
Avoid the risky by report and proposal solution to superior.
Prepare submission to get construction permit from Building Management.

Job requirement

Good computer skills at: scheduling (Excel), proposing presentation (Power Point), AutoCAD,…
Enthusiastic and proactive.
No defensive and excusive attitude.
Well team working with orientation of resolving matters.
Age: 27 – 29 years old
Planning skill
Time management.
English communication.
At least 2 years of experience in interior/finishing construction.
Schedule management.

(Work experience in foreign contractor company is an advantage)

Logical thinking.
Good mindset of self conciousness planning, operation preparation.

Compensation and benefits:

Basic salary: 13,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND (negotiable basing on candidate’s ability)
12 Paid Holidays/year, plus 5 Special days for 1 year experience
