The Five Cầu Đôi, Đông Anh – A premium serviced apartment under The Five Hospitality chain is now hiring Front Office Supervisor:
Location: Dong Anh, Ha Noi
Supervise and take responsibility for Front Office during working shift.

Handling the incidents happening during the shift and reporting accordingly.
Instructing staff in credit card and cash handling processes, ensuring safety and compliance with the company’s policy.
Controlling the working areas and the lobby. Support team members in the process of check- in, check- out, and handle guests’ requests/complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Build strong relationships with other departments to provide the best service to guests.
Assist the Front Office Manager in training and recruitment of the department.
Take responsibility in the absence of the Front Office Manager and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known by the whole team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and PMS Opera.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Previous experience as a team leader in Front Office is an advantage.
Good communication in English.
Strong problem- solving, decision- making, and logical thinking skills.
Good understanding of hospitality and customer service.
College degree or higher, major in Hospitality or English preferred.
