Giám sát chuyên môn & Đảm bảo chất lượng
Thiết lập và duy trì các hướng dẫn vận hành, tiêu chuẩn đánh giá và quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng cho nhóm Expert.
Kiểm định kết quả công việc của Expert, bao gồm:
Chất lượng gán nhãn & phân loại dữ liệu
Rà soát lời giải môn Vật Lý do AI tạo (hiệu chỉnh sai sót, đánh giá độ chính xác, viết lại lời giải khi cần)
Kiểm tra nội dung bài tập dựa trên các hệ thống giáo trình như OpenStax và các framework khác
Vận hành nội dung Vật Lý
Đảm bảo bài tập phù hợp với OpenStax, chuẩn quốc tế và các chương trình tương đương.
Phát hiện lỗi nội dung từ AI và điều chỉnh lại trên sản phẩm
Cùng team nội dung phát triển, xác minh và tinh chỉnh bộ bài tập Vật Lý dành cho THPT & Đại học.
Tối ưu hoá quy trình
Dùng dữ liệu vận hành để phát hiện điểm nghẽn và đề xuất cải tiến, đồng thời phối hợp với Operations để nâng cao năng suất nhóm.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân ngành Vật Lý hoặc STEM Education (định hướng Lý).
Tiếng Anh tốt.
Nắm chắc kiến thức Vật Lý bậc đại học/ sau đại học.
Sử dụng được LaTeX/MathType.
