Support to resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company’s system.
Receive requests from world- wide customers via email, website, phone call.
Most of customers come from US, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, China, Turkey, etc.
Working time:
Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.
Work in 3 shifts in rotation following company’s arrangement
Shift 1: 6 AM – 2 PM
Shift 2: 2 PM – 10 PM
Shift 3: 10 PM – 6 AM
Yêu cầu công việc
Good English; ability to write, read well.
Can use office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to analyze, logical thinking.
Strong analytical and critical thinking.
Priority:
Ability to work long- term.
Experiences in Shipping & Logistic /Accounting/ERP
Have a good spirit of learning, attitude and responsibility.
Knowledge of IT/ SQL and Database is an advantage
