We are seeking a Senior International Sales Specialist with solid experience in international sales and export operations, preferably in rice or agricultural commodities or FMCG. This role requires strong ownership of the full international sales cycle, from market development and contract negotiation to order execution and payment collection.
Our key product lines include fragrant rice, organic rice, nutrient- enriched rice, and regional specialty varieties — all carefully selected to showcase the richness of Vietnam’s agricultural heritage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
International Market & Customer Development
- Conduct market research on demand trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitors, and regional insights to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and expand international markets and customers in assigned regions.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
- Represent Lotusrice at international trade fairs and exhibitions, actively expanding the company’s global network and client base
Sales Execution & Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, product specifications, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Take full ownership of assigned sales targets and gross margin performance.
- Lead quotation, negotiation, and signing of export contracts with overseas Customers.
Order Management & Cross- functional Coordination
- Work closely with cross- functional teams such as Production, QA/QC, Logistics, and Finance to ensure that all orders meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Proactively manage risks related to quality, delivery delays, or contractual deviations.
- Monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery milestones.
Key Account Management & Customer Retention
- Maintain long- term relationships with key international customers.
- Handle customer feedback, claims, and disputes professionally.
- Drive repeat orders and long- term cooperation.
Accounts Receivable & Reporting
- Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection in line with contract terms.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payment follow- up.
- Prepare regular sales pipeline, forecast, and performance reports.

Knowledge (Professional Knowledge)
- Knowledge of global rice or agricultural commodity or FMCG markets and supply chains.
- Solid knowledge of international trade practices, Incoterms, and export documentation.
- Understanding of international payment methods (T/T, L/C).
- Awareness of trade compliance, risk management, and ethical standards.
Experience (Professional Experience)
- Experience in rice, agricultural commodities, or FMCG exports is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of working with overseas customers and closing export contracts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales or export business.
