Global System Integration Manager

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a hands- on Global System Integration Manager to drive end- to- end deployment and integration of WiFi and technical systems across international markets. You will act as the key technical bridge between partners, internal teams, and global product/SI functions, ensuring smooth onboarding, stable system performance, and scalable operations post- launch.What You’ll DoLead System Integration- Own full- cycle WiFi and system integration (installation → configuration → deployment), ensuring reliable connectivity and performance across markets.Drive Partner Onboarding- Enable partners through technical training, documentation, and hands- on support, ensuring they can operate systems independently after go- live.Ensure System Stability- Proactively monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime through strong root- cause analysis and early detection mechanisms.Collaborate Globally- Work closely with local and global SI/Product teams to solve complex integration challenges and continuously improve platform capabilities.Support Post Go- Live Operations- Act as the escalation point for technical issues, support Operations teams, and build a knowledge base for recurring issues.What We’re Looking For- Strong hands- on experience in WiFi deployment and system integration- Solid troubleshooting mindset with ability to handle real- world deployment issues- Experience working with partners/clients in multi- market environments- Ability to bridge technical and non- technical stakeholders effectively- Comfortable in a fast- paced, expansion- stage environment
