Golf Sales Executive

Assist on issuing agent/group contracts.
Work closely with the finance department on group/event payments/invoicing.
ALWAYS maintain and protect the clubs private information that you have access too.
Assist the general manager primarily with issuance and control of vouchers.
Deliver timely accurate reports á required by the clubs management.
Liaise with and solve customer complaints/enquiries as needed.
Conduct site inspections.
Monitor daily and liaise with agents bookings.
Assist with all activities related to groups & events.
Help implement PR marketing plans.
Assist in the management of tournaments/member’s/ social functions and lease with the events department at the hotel.
Meet with and respond to event and group enquires including internet bookings.

Good English language skills.
At least 1 year of related experience
