Golf Simulator Manager

- Customer service and support to ensure smooth experience.
- Overall operation and management of the 3D Golf Zone (practice room, equipment, system).
- Support golf- related events and tournaments.
- Manage booking schedules and coordinate on- site operations to ensure professional service.
- Cooperate with the marketing and sales departments to enhance customer experience and promote service development.
- Guide customers on how to use the 3D golf system, check normal operation of equipment, and handle basic technical issues.
- Prepare regular operational reports and report to superiors.

- Responsible and professional working attitude.
- Korean.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work full- time in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Possess professional knowledge of golf.
- Preference for those with experience in golf, sports service, or operations management.
- Vietnamese (preferred) or English available.
