Create visual content to support hotel branding, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. Design Production / Sản xuất thiết kế

Create visual assets for website, email campaigns, and digital ads./ Tạo hình ảnh cho website, email marketing và quảng cáo kỹ thuật số.
Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, menus, and social media content./ Thiết kế tài liệu tiếp thị như brochure, tờ rơi, poster, thực đơn và nội dung mạng xã hội.
Ensure consistency in branding across all materials./ Đảm bảo tính nhất quán trong nhận diện thương hiệu trên mọi tài liệu.

Collaboration / Phối hợp

Support event and promotion visuals./ Hỗ trợ thiết kế hình ảnh cho sự kiện và chương trình khuyến mãi.
Work closely with Sales, and F&B teams to understand design needs./ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Kinh doanh và Ẩm thực để nắm bắt yêu cầu thiết kế.

File & Asset Management / Quản lý tài nguyên

Maintain organized archives of design files and templates./ Quản lý kho lưu trữ file thiết kế và mẫu template một cách có hệ thống.
Ensure timely delivery of design tasks./ Đảm bảo tiến độ hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ thiết kế đúng thời hạn.

Others / Nhiệm vụ khác

Stay updated with design trends and hotel branding standards./ Cập nhật xu hướng thiết kế và tiêu chuẩn thương hiệu khách sạn.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager./ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý Tiếp thị.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Working time: 8.5 hours a day; 5 days a week
Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus.
College degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum internship period of 3 months
Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
