Position Overview:
This internship is designed for ambitious students or fresh graduates who want hands- on experience in real growth experiments, not just execution tasks. You will work closely with senior growth leaders to design, test, analyze, and scale growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Growth Intern, you will:
- Assist in planning and running A/B tests to uncover customer behavior patterns and design high- impact growth initiatives.
- Test and validate new growth ideas and projects to identify opportunities for growth hacking and rapid scaling.
- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and campaign results to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Support growth experiment design and execution across customer acquisition, engagement, and reactivation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Solid analytical thinking and ability to interpret data.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; hands- on experience with SQL, BI tools, or Python for complex data analysis is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in growth marketing or the e- commerce industry, with a willingness to learn fast.
- Final- year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data, or related fields.
