Growth Intern

We’re looking for a Growth Intern to join our dynamic Growth team — the engine that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data, creativity, and experimentation. You’ll work closely with Growth Managers to execute campaigns, optimize funnels, and build gamified loyalty experiences that delight users.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Marketing Tasks:

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
Coordinate cross- channel campaigns across app, social media, and partner networks.
Support in planning and executing growth & loyalty campaigns (acquisition, engagement, retention).
Help manage and test in- app gamification features and user missions.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks:

Support in handling paperwork and contracts with partners and vendors (printing, signing, filing).
Assist with meeting notes, scheduling, and internal documentation.
Prepare and follow up on payment requests, quotation, and purchase orders.

Detail- oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, and have basic understanding of performance metrics.
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Experience with CRM or campaign tools (e.g., MoEngage, Clevertap, Meta Ads, Google Analytics) is a plus.
Passionate about digital marketing, growth hacking, and data- driven creativity.
