Position: Growth Marketing (Lead), Global Market- AI Products
We&039;re seeking a talented Growth Marketing (Lead) to drive explosive user acquisition for our AI products. In this role, you&039;ll have a significant impact on our global growth strategy and be measured by tangible results.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive channel optimization: Identify and scale the most effective marketing channels- from organic search and performance marketing to viral social campaigns
Lead our growth engine: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across our AI product portfolio (mobile & web)
Analyze & iterate: Use data to continuously improve conversion funnels, optimize CAC, and increase retention
Collaborate cross- functionally: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives
Hit ambitious targets: Take ownership of our 10X growth challenge- scaling our user base tenfold within 12 months

Requirements:
Creative problem- solving: Find innovative ways to acquire and retain users in competitive markets
Strong English skills: for market research & email (speaking is not strongly required)
Proven growth experience: 1+ years driving measurable results in product marketing with expertise in performance ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and social media growth
Results- oriented mindset: Track record of setting ambitious goals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Data- driven approach: Ability to analyze metrics, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions based on data
