About the Role
As our Growth & Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full growth journey- from lead generation to conversion, for Lead with AI’s products and services including:
● Enterprise Adoption (keynotes, workshops, LMS- based learning, cohort trainings)
● Membership (Online community, live masterclasses, playbooks) 
● Executive Boot Camps (AI, Agentic AI, AI in HR)
You’ll design and optimize funnels, run campaigns, and work hand- in- hand with sales and product to bring more members and clients into our ecosystem. Key tasks include:
● Content & Campaign Management
● Growth Strategy & Execution
● Performance Evaluation & Optimization
● Lead Generation & Sales Integration
