Growth Marketing Manager

Take ownership of key growth indicators, with strong capability in designing and executing user acquisition and growth activities.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, and automated messages.
Coordinate online and offline lead generation and customer acquisition activities, such as events, partnerships, networking, and promotions.
Focus on refined channel operations, build layered user incentive systems and lifecycle management frameworks, and design differentiated operational strategies to drive platform growth.
Collaborate cross- functionally with product, design, and analytics teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Demonstrate strong data analytics skills — build effective data frameworks, monitor and analyze user growth, evaluate campaign performance, and drive growth through data insights.
Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, and other platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and scale campaigns effectively.
Gather and analyze competitor data, market trends, and user insights; identify opportunities and apply them to digital, fintech, and entertainment initiatives.

Proven track record in managing paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of branding, performance marketing, and data analytics.
Self- starter capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, able to coordinate effectively with local and international partners.
Experience working in agency or in- house digital marketing teams preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and work effectively in teams.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other campaign management or ad- tech tools.
Strong attention to KPIs and deadlines in all aspects of work.
At least 3 years of experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or other graphic editing tools.
User- focused and product- driven mindset.
Familiarity with blockchain, fintech, or digital entertainment is a plus.
