Growth Marketing Specialist/ Chuyên Viên Growth Marketing

Performance campaign management:

Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Trade, Sales, Product, and Data) to translate business needs into effective digital campaigns.
Proactively connect with potential vendors to explore and test new ad features, platforms, and objectives to identify growth opportunities.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi- channel paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to meet and exceed business targets.

Mobile app performance:

Conduct in- depth analysis of app data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
Continuously develop and execute A/B tests to enhance the quality of app installs.
Manage and optimize paid performance plans to boost app installations and consumer engagement.

Data- driven decision making:

Build and maintain trustworthy dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
Analyze website and app traffic to guide and optimize paid channel campaigns.

Team collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and identify new growth initiatives.
Others: Based on managers’ request, to maintain & optimize performance

3- 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on large- scale branding campaigns and mobile app performance
Strong analytical skills with familiarity to marketing and consumer metrics
Proven record in running multi- channel campaigns with cross- functional teams
Experience working with Data and Product to setup tracking flow for mobile app
Ability to use marketing tools: Google Analytics (web, app), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer/ Adjust, SimilarWeb...
Good English written and verbal communication skills
