Growth Marketing Specialist (SHOPIFY APP)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a data- driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in optimizing our growth funnel—from acquiring new users via Paid & Organic channels to maximizing retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing (Paid Media Focus)
Multi- channel Ad Management: Plan, set up, and optimize performance campaigns across key platforms, including but not limited to:
Google Ads: Search (SEM), Display, and YouTube.
Shopify Ads: Targeting merchants directly within the app store.
Meta Ads: Facebook & Instagram (targeting B2B/Merchants).
Optimization: continuously monitor metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA) to optimize Ad Spend and maximize ROAS.
Email marketing: Plan and execute regular newsletters/product updates to the existing user base to drive feature adoption and upsells.
Creative Testing: A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Platform Optimization & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Funnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey from Ad Click → App Listing → Install → Activation. Identify drop- off points and implement fixes.
Shopify App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize the App Listing page (Title, Visuals, Description) to maximize the Conversion Rate and improve keyword rankings.
Web & Demo Store: Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and optimize the UI/UX of the Demo Store to demonstrate app value effectively.
Marketing Intelligence & Content Strategy
Content Growth: Research SEO keywords and produce high- quality English content (Blogs, Docs) to drive organic traffic.
Market Research: Monitor global competitors and industry trends to adapt our strategy.
Strategy: Build quarterly growth plans focused on user acquisition and revenue growth.

Advanced English Proficiency: You must be able to write natural, persuasive ad copy and content in English for a global audience.
Proven experience running paid campaigns on digital platforms. You should have hands- on experience with at least one of the following:
Shopify Experience is a Strong Advantage: Prior experience working for a Shopify App, a Shopify Agency, or an E- commerce SaaS company.
Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush) is a plus.
Data- Driven: Ability to interpret data and translate metrics into actionable growth strategies.
Shopify Ads (highly preferred)
LinkedIn Ads
Meta Ads
Proficiency in analytics tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Looker studio.
Google Ads
Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting workflows.
