Growth / Performance Marketing Intern

Support and own the growth pipeline to drive leads, signups, and Trial → Paid conversion;optimizeCAC/CPL
Plan and execute growth initiatives across the funnel: Awareness → Lead → Trial → Paid
Launch andoptimizepaid ads on Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn, and X (based on ICP)
Track andoptimizekey metrics: Signups, CAC, CPL, ROAS, CVR, Trial → Paid
Collaborate on landing page optimization: A/B testing, CRO, heatmaps, session recordings
Set up and manage analytics and tracking: GA4,Mixpanel/Amplitude, UTM tracking
Build andoptimizelead gen, retargeting, and conversion funnels
Use AI tools for SEO, content creation, performance analysis, and basic automation
Prepare performance reports and insights for Line Manager / CEO

Foundational understanding ofgrowth funnels, paid media, and performance metrics
Final- year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Data, or related fields
Familiarity withpaid ads platforms(Google, Meta; LinkedIn and X are a plus)
Basic experience withanalytics tools(GA4,Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
Hands- on usage ofAI tools for SEO and marketing(e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
Strongdata- driven mindset, analytical thinking, and willingness to test andoptimize
High sense ofownership, proactive attitude, and ability to execute with guidance
