[GS] SAP S/4 FI Support

As an S/4 Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP S/4HANA system. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and possess excellent problem- solving skills.
• Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
- Create documentation to support end- users in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
- Stay up- to- date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
