Guest Relation Officer

Provide information on resort services, local attractions, restaurants, assist guests with reservations, special requests, and general inquiries
Assist in any additional tasks assigned by the Assistant / Guest Relations Manager
Provide personalized service and build strong guest relationships
Offer recommendations for resort activities, dining, and local attractions
Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
Coordinate and supervise all activities for guests
Stay updated on resort facilities, promotions, and operational changes to provide accurate information
Plan and coordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
Assist with check- ins/check- outs of clients
Trace relevant statistics about the clientele
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest requests efficiently
Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check- in process
Greet Guests upon arrival
Schedule activities for guests
Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and key guest areas to assist and engage with guests
Support guests with special occasions, such as anniversaries or birthdays, by coordinating personalized experiences

Qualifications
High School or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent
Experience
1 year of experience in front office/guest services operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
