Guest Service Agent

Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
Perform guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all guests.
Handle mail and messages properly and on a confidential basis.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Office administrative skills.
BA/ Diploma degree major in Hospitality.
Prefer male candidates.
Proven work experience as a Guest Service Agent or similar role in hospitality industry.
Proactive, detail- oriented, careful, confidential and compliant.
Good communication in English.

Provided with insurance policy according to the law, including: health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance.
