Customer Service During Operation
Greet guests, confirm reservation or walk- in status.
Seat guests, provide menus, and assist with beverage orders.
Check on guests during their visit and ensure they are satisfied.
Always say goodbye and ask about their experience when they leave.
Customer Bookings
Keep information about regular guests to personalize service.
Respond quickly to guest inquiries via social media, email, hotline, or direct contact.
Record all reservation details in the Resmio system.
Briefings & Communication
Ensure proper shift handover with notes.
Print reservation lists and brief staff daily.
Maintain clear communication between teams.
Guest Complaints
Ensure problems are solved before guests leave.
Handle complaints immediately while guests are still at the restaurant.
Report and follow up on feedback or complaints.
Management & Leadership
Train and support staff regularly.
Maintain high service standards and lead the team by example.
Communicate with other departments and manage schedules to ensure smooth operations.
