[Hải Phòng] Giám sát Bảo trì

Locations: Hai Thanh CFS warehouse- Hai Thanh industrial zone- Pham Van Dong street- Hai Thanh ward- Duong Kinh district – Hai Phong (no shuttle bus service).
Key Responsibilities

Ensure optimal use of facilities, including accommodation, furniture, equipment, and supporting services, while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements for equipment and property.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
Manage property- related activities such as insurance and supply arrangements.
Maintain accurate equipment lists and schedule regular preventive maintenance.
Provide Facilities & Administration (FNA) consulting and operational services aligned with business strategies.
Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
Oversee day- to- day facilities operations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Schedule and oversee building repairs, installations, and maintenance work with vendors and internal teams.

Job Requirements
· Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
· Familiarity with 5S/7S, ISO, and C- TPAT standards is highly preferred.
· Experience working in warehouse settings is a strong plus.
· Education: College or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
· Hands- on experience in performing basic repairs and maintenance
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Certification: Preferably holds a professional certification in Facility Management.
· Ability to travel flexibly between different warehouse locations.
· Detail- oriented, independent, and passionate about facility management.
· 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in warehouse and logistics environments.
