[HAN / HCM] Business Analyst

- Collaborate with the Central Operations team to forecast order demand and propose driver recruitment and activation plans by area and period.
- Analyze and monitor driver (supply) operational performance, support planning, identify risks, and propose solutions to optimize resources and meet market delivery demand.
- Analyze driver shortage/surplus causes and operational bottlenecks, then propose improvement initiatives.
- Collect, process, and analyze driver- related data (headcount, productivity, online hours, completion rate, order fulfillment rate, driver segmentation: full- time/part- time/new/returning, etc.).
- Provide data and performance analysis to support driver growth and retention campaigns (e.g., new area expansion, high- performing driver engagement).
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and alerts to track daily, weekly, and monthly operations, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for management.
