In 2009, SEO- Vietnam became an affiliate of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO), a U.S based non- profit organization that provides educational and fellowship programs to young people from underserved communities.For 17 years, we are continuously striving for the development of responsible and sustainable leadership in Vietnam through our annual fellowship program connecting hundreds of high- performing students with top- notch companies and industry leaders.
Entering its 17th season, the SEO- V Summer Fellowship Program returns in 2026 with an expanded scope and broader opportunities across industries! Building on years of experience nurturing young talents, this year’s program offers a structured, hands- on journey that empowers students and early graduates to actively explore career paths, strengthen professional capabilities, and connect with a dynamic community of leaders, mentors, and like- minded peers.
What the program offers:
Internship exposure: Hands- on experience at leading companies across Consulting, Finance & Investment, Marketing, Market Research, Business Development, Technology, and Education, allowing Fellows to explore real roles and workplace environments.
Professional training sessions: Structured training and discussion sessions led by managers and senior leaders, focusing on essential professional skills, industry knowledge, and career readiness.
Mentorship: Direct guidance and career insights from C- level executives and experienced professionals from reputable organizations such as McKinsey & Company, Zalopay, VNG, Garena, MoMo, and more.
Community service and social impact initiatives: through case studies, field trips, and community- oriented projects, fostering responsibility and long- term impact.
Diverse network: A strong and supportive ecosystem connecting Fellows with 700+ alumni, 80+ employer partners, and a network of 300+ mentors across multiple industries.
Who we are looking for:
Undergraduate students or fresh graduates with up to 2 years of working experience
Availability to participate in program activities and commitments in Ho Chi Minh City throughout the program duration
