JOB SUMARY

Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Reporting to: Supervisor
Location: 97 Nguyen Van Troi Street, Phu Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

What You Do

Content Design & Editing (80%)
Execute designs using Figma and Adobe Photoshop for both online and offline materials.
Upload magazine/publication content according to the assigned schedule.
Participate in the Group’s CSR activities and internal engagement programs.
Edit and produce short videos/clips for internal communications and events.
Design communication materials such as brochures, posters, banners, backdrops, magazines, brand kits, etc. as required.
Edit, retouch, and color- correct images using Adobe Lightroom, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager and Department Head.
Propose content and visual ideas for publications to ensure brand identity consistency.
Ensure output quality and meet assigned deadlines.
Support Internal Communications & CSR Activities (20%)

What We Require

College or University graduate.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop; basic knowledge of color grading using Adobe Lightroom.
Responsible, with good time management and deadline control skills.
Basic experience in supporting event organization and participating in brand design activities.
Good aesthetic sense with an understanding of communications and brand identity.
Proactive, creative, and willing to propose ideas and engage in communication and corporate culture activities.
