Internal Event Freelancer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Capture high- quality event photos; edit and deliver them for post- event summaries.
Plan, organize, and manage at least 4 internal events/clubs per week, each lasting approximately 2 hours.
Manage event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, and materials preparation, while ensuring smooth coordination throughout the event.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferably senior students majoring in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience or strong interest in event planning, coordination, and internal engagement activities.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
Strong photography skills; owning a camera is a plus.
Good English communication skills.
Good organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Flexible working hours based on internal event schedules.
