Key Responsibilities

Audience Targeting: Develop a deep understanding of target audiences, utilizing segmentation and demographic research techniques to refine campaign targeting.
Data- Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data- backed optimizations to enhance KPIs such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels to optimize spend and maximize return on investment.
Market and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive strategies.
Campaign Development and Execution: Design, implement, and manage performance- based marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid search (SEM), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present data and insights clearly.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics), bid management platforms, and ad serving technologies.
Channel Proficiency: In- depth knowledge of paid search, paid social, display advertising, and other relevant digital marketing channels.
Experience: 1- 2+ years of proven experience in performance digital marketing, with a demonstrated history of successful campaign results.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing marketing strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
