R&D Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Service & Promotion Development

Conduct market research and collect customer data to identify new service and promotion opportunities.

Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) in developing and launching new services.
Contribute to service strategy development and pricing policies based on market insights and business objectives.
Analyze target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Propose service solutions aligned with the company’s overall business strategy and target customer segments.

Service & Promotion Optimization

Work closely with relevant departments to implement optimization initiatives and assess post- implementation impact.
Ensure services and promotional programs remain competitive and aligned with evolving market trends and customer needs
Analyze performance metrics to recommend improvements that enhance effectiveness and customer experience.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing services and promotional programs through business data and customer feedback.

Report

Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and advertising effectiveness.
Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and systematic tracking of reports.
Consolidate and analyze data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision- making.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of statistical analysis tools is an advantage.
Comprehensive reading, analytical, presentation, persuasion skills.
At least 1 year of working experience in relevant positions.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance,...

Business Consultant (Customer Service Department)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage customer data and orders on CRM.
Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal performance (if requested) to Team Leader/Head of Department.
Other tasks assigned by Team Leader/Head of Department.
Receive customer inquiries from the Marketing team and consult with international ones (entrepreneurs, multi- national corporations, etc.) based on their needs for corporate services related to start- ups, bank account opening, etc. via email, live chat, and phone calls in English.
Present, promote and sell services to prospective customers to meet individual monthly targets.
Maintain customer relationships.
Collaborate with the Customer service staff/Sales Admin to complete orders as the company&039;s procedure (This task will be trained later).

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in English
At least 1 year of work experience in related fields such as Sales, Customer Service, Service Consulting Corporate Services, etc.
Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multitask
Bachelor&039;s degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Business Laws, etc.
Familiar with documentation and CRM system
Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage
Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem- solving skills
